**American AI Company Acquires Ukrainian Firm**
CourtAvenue, a fast-growing American company that specializes in artificial intelligence solutions, has bought a controlling stake in BotsCrew, a Ukrainian firm that develops chatbots for businesses. The deal was announced on February 11 by BotsCrew.
BotsCrew’s founders said they had been negotiating with CourtAvenue since May last year. They did not reveal the value of the agreement. The founders of BotsCrew, Nazar Hembara, Max Gladysh, and Oleh Pylypchak, will remain in charge of the company.
CourtAvenue is ranked among the fastest-growing private companies in the US. It has clients like Kia, Dell, and the US Air Force. BotsCrew has developed chatbots for businesses since 2016 and has worked with companies like Virgin Holidays and Honda.
“We are excited to join forces with CourtAvenue,” said Nazar Hembara, CEO of BotsCrew. “This deal shows that there is no discount in partnering with Ukrainian companies.”
CourtAvenue’s co-founder, Kenny Tomlin, said the acquisition would help deepen their AI capabilities and expand their automation and personalization services.
