**Czechs Raise Money for Black Hawk Helicopter**
A group of volunteers in the Czech Republic has raised enough money to buy a Black Hawk helicopter for Ukraine’s military. The initiative, called “A Gift for Putin,” started fundraising in November 2023 and collected over 72 million Czech Koruna (around $2.9 million).
The money will be used to purchase a Black Hawk helicopter from the United States, where it is cheaper than in the Czech Republic. Ukraine’s military intelligence will use the helicopter for special operations.
**International Support**
Top world leaders are meeting in London to discuss support for Ukraine. French President Emmanuel Macron and Italian Prime Minister Giorgia Meloni were among those who arrived for a summit on March 2.
Ukraine’s president, Volodymyr Zelensky, met with Macron to develop a joint plan for peace. However, the Trump administration has said it wants a public apology from Zelensky to improve relations.
**Russia and China**
Russia is trying to recruit US federal security employees who were laid off by the Trump administration. The move may weaken the US’s ability to counter cyber threats.
