**Serbian Minister Says Suspect Found in Student Hit-and-Run**
A suspect has been found 15 minutes after a hit-and-run incident involving a female student in Belgrade, Serbia. The student was seriously injured when a car struck her during a traffic blockade.
According to Serbian Internal Affairs Minister Ivica Dacic, the police located the vehicle involved within 10 minutes of the driver fleeing the scene. Five minutes later, the police apprehended the driver and two others who were with him. One of these individuals is a minor.
**Suspect Has Criminal Record**
The suspect, identified as M.P., has a history of committing various crimes. He has been convicted seven times for different offenses. The crime has been classified as aggravated attempted murder.
**Student in Stable Condition**
The 20-year-old law student who was struck by the car is conscious and in stable overall condition at the Emergency Center.
