Deputy Minister: Rapid increase in cases could be related to spread of Delta Strain

Tamar Gabunia, Georgia’s Deputy Health , says that the increased death rate and increased rate of coronavirus could be linked to the spread the Indian strain “Delta”.

The Deputy Minister spoke also about the expansion of the vaccination centers network and said that consultations with large malls are in progress. The goal is to vaccinate million citizens per month.
