Russia Reports Drone Attacks in Krasnodar Krai
Russia’s Governor, Veniamin Kondratiev, said that drones attacked two settlements in the region of Krasnodar Krai on November 28. One woman was injured.
The attack happened in the town of Slavyansk-on-Kuban and the village of Krasnoarmeysk district. In one house, windows were broken when drone debris fell into its courtyard. The homeowner was treated for injuries at the scene.
Russia’s Defense Ministry said that their air force shot down 25 Ukrainian drones on November 28. Some were targeted over Russian-occupied Crimea and other regions.
The Ukrainian government did not comment on these attacks. It is hard to confirm if the reports are true or how much damage was done.
Ukraine has been using homemade drones in an effort to weaken Russia’s military capabilities from a distance. These drones have attacked Russian airbases, oil refineries, and other important facilities.
