**Education Officials Disagree with Georgian Dream’s EU Decision**
Up to 150 employees at the Ministry of Education have signed a statement opposing Georgian Dream’s (GD) decision to halt EU accession efforts. They claim this move goes against Georgia‘s “strategic interests” and contradicts the country’s constitution.

**New Developments**
The Education Minister has quit their position amidst ongoing controversy over education issues in Georgia. The country’s performance in the PISA 2022 report was also reported on recently.
