**Estonia Condemns Attack on Georgian Opposition Leader**
The Estonian government has spoken out against a violent attack on Giorgi Gakharia, the leader of an opposition party in Georgia. The attack took place last night at the Sheraton Hotel in Batumi.
Gakharia was taken to the hospital after being beaten, but later released. He suffered a broken nose and concussion. A politician from the ruling “Georgian Dream” party is accused of being involved in the attack.
The Estonian government has called on the Georgian authorities to stop attacking opposition leaders and peaceful protesters. They also plan to discuss this issue at an EU meeting.
**Other Confrontations Reported**
Not just Gakharia was attacked. Another man, Zviad Khoridze from the non-governmental sector, was confronted by a “Georgian Dream” representative and his team at the same hotel. He claims they were trying to intimidate him.
