**Russia‘s Missile Attacks to Continue**
Russia will continue its daily air attacks on Ukrainian residential areas and civilian infrastructure. The country has been stockpiling missiles for the cold season, with enough firepower for another two to three massive attacks.
Since October 2022, Russia has targeted Ukraine’s energy infrastructure with missile and drone assaults. This is part of a deliberate strategy to disrupt civilian life, especially during winter months. In November, Russia launched a record number of long-range drones against Ukraine.
**Expert Warns of Tough Winter**
Dmytro Zhmailo, executive director of the Ukrainian Center for Security and Cooperation, believes that Russia has enough missiles for another two to three massive attacks. He warned that this winter will be challenging for Ukrainians, but emphasized that Russia will not succeed in plunging Ukraine into complete darkness.
**Russia’s Military Production**
Zhmailo noted that Russia is working on producing “Shahed” drones and increasing its output ahead of schedule. The country is also continuing to advance the Kh-101 cruise missile, which it uses to strike Ukraine at critically low altitudes.
**Impact on Ukrainian Infrastructure**
On November 28, Russia launched a massive attack on Ukraine with 188 missiles and drones. Critical infrastructure in several regions was hit, including energy facilities in Lutsk and water supply facilities in Zhytomyr. Emergency power outages were introduced across Ukraine.
