TBC is supporting construction of “Avlabari Resid2” by the “Mylin Group”, in Avlabari
The residential complex “Avlabari Residence 2”, located at Yustine Abuladze No. 15 in Avlabari by the development company “Mylin Group”, is under construction with TBC’s help.
The project, which covers an area of 7000 sqm, will include indoor recreation space, parking underground, as well sports and children’s play areas.

* The Winter Jazz Festival in Gudauri on February 24-25 will be backed by the TBC concept.
Winter Jazz, now in its fourth season has been seamlessly integrated into the jazz festival lineup, thanks to the TBC concept.
This two-day event will be held at the Carpe Diem hotel and its surrounding areas. The festival will feature 11 artists from all over the on the Gudauri Stage for a truly immersive musical experience. Soulidan, Director of the Music Program, will kick off the festival program at 14:00. The program will feature legendary house artists like Kenny Bobien. Josh Milan. Kaidi Tatham. Dj Spen. Greg Gauthier. Afshin.
The first day of the festival will end at 22:00, with a performance by American musician Scott Kinsey. His group will present the project “We Speak LUNIWAZ,” featuring music by Joe Zavinuli.
The jazz festival will close on February 25 with the captivating sounds from house artists. Tickets for the concert can be bought at tkt.ge. The residential complex “Bloxi krtsanis”, with the support of TBC, has been completed successfully
The development project of the company “Bloxi”, located in Krtsanis, on the grounds the former Swiss Embassy, has been realized with the support of TBC. This endeavor was funded by a total of 50 million GEL, which was used exclusively to create an environmentally friendly and welcoming development.
The 7800-m2 complex consists of two low-rise blocks with spaces for entertainment, leisure and commerce. There is also a designated recreation space and underground parking.

Saba 2024 is launched
Saba 2024, the twenty-second edition, is now underway. Authors and publishers may submit their books electronically on saba.com.ge up until March 4. The literary submissions will be assessed by a jury of “Saba” members.
The competition in 2024 features nine categories.

The long list of books that will be competing will be published in March. Readers can explore the electronic versions on SABA Reader. The “Saba” literary competition was founded in 2002 by Tibisi Amaglobeli and poet Rati. It has reviewed over 5,000 books and awarded more than 200 prizes to 170 authors. The announcement of the finalists is expected to take place in the summer. The award ceremony will be held in late autumn.
