A documentary about a Cornish aid worker who was killed in Ukraine has won a national award.
The documentary, called Hell Jumper, is about Chris Parry from Truro. He was helping civilians escape the war zone when he was shot dead in January 2023.
The BBC made the film using footage recorded by Mr Parry himself. It shows what it was like to be in Ukraine during the conflict.
Judges said the documentary was very good and took viewers on a special journey through its storytelling. The production team collected the award at a ceremony in London.
Chris Parry’s parents, Rob and Christine, were also there to collect the award along with the team who made the documentary.
