**Russian Missile Attack Hits Ukrainian Town**
A Russian missile attack on the town of Izium in Kharkiv Oblast killed at least four people and injured 20. This was reported by Governor Oleh Syniehubov.
The attack happened on February 4. The governor said that Russian forces used a ballistic missile to target the central part of the city. An administrative building was hit, and another one and several residential buildings were damaged.
No military facilities were located in the targeted area. This means that only civilian areas were attacked.
Izium is a town with a population of 45,000 people. It lies in the southeastern part of Kharkiv Oblast, over 100 kilometers from the regional center. The area has been a regular target of Russian missile and drone attacks since the invasion of Ukraine.
