**Four Arrested in Georgia for Drug-Related Crimes**
In a major crackdown on illicit drug trafficking, the Main Division for Combating Illegal Drug Trafficking of the Central Criminal Police Department of the Ministry of Internal Affairs has arrested four individuals in connection with various drug-related charges.
According to a statement released by the Ministry of Internal Affairs, the suspects were apprehended following operational and investigative actions. The detainees include:
* N.Ch., a 19-year-old who has previously been convicted of similar crimes
* K.K., a 44-year-old Georgian citizen
* G.K., a 41-year-old Russian national
* O.A., a 20-year-old Jordanian citizen
The suspects are accused of engaging in various illicit activities, including the purchase and possession of large quantities of narcotic substances, preparation for drug distribution, and the cultivation of cannabis plants.
**Searches Yield Significant Seizures**
As part of the investigation, law enforcement officers conducted searches of the suspects’ personal belongings, residences, and locations indicated by them. The searches resulted in the seizure of significant amounts of various types of narcotics, including cocaine, MDMA, LSD, psychotropic substances, and marijuana.
Additionally, a special greenhouse equipped for cannabis cultivation was discovered and seized. The investigation is ongoing under relevant articles of the Criminal Code, which carry penalties of up to 20 years in prison.
