Donald Trump is currently leading the presidential election of the United States of America. FOX News predicted that Trump would be the next President.
Fox News projected that Donald Trump had defeated Democrat Kamala Harri, which would have capped a stunning comeback in politics four years after he left his White House.
“America has given us a powerful and unprecedented mandate,” he told a roaring audience of supporters early on Wednesday at the Palm Beach County Convention Center. He was flanked by Senator JDVance, his vice-presidential running mate, Republican leaders, and members of Trump’s family.
Elon Musk, world’s richest man, also spent several minutes praising Trump. Musk had invested $120 million to support Trump’s campaign. Musk will be appointed by Trump to lead a government-efficiency commission.
Donald Trump, the US President who has served in office for a year (2016-2020), already has two swing states under his belt: Georgia and North Carolina. He is also leading in several other swing states.
In terms of the Legislature, the Republicans will have a majority in the Senate. The fate of House of Representatives where Republicans already had a majority is still unknown.
AP reports that Trump has 248 votes and needs 270 to win. His rival, Kamalah Harris, has 214 electoral votes. The swing states are what determine the outcome of elections in America.
