Defense Minister Sebastien lecornu has authorized a new package for Ukraine of long-range air defense and missiles.
France has increased its military support to Ukraine by delivering a new batch of SCALP missiles and Mistral air defence systems. This is part of Paris’s commitment to strengthen Ukraine’s defense capability against Russian aggression.
The announcement comes at a time when Ukraine is struggling with critical manpower and ammunition shortages, and as Russian attacks intensify in the east. Moscow‘s forces continue to make slow but steady progress in Donetsk Oblast in spite of heavy losses.
