The Gakharia Georgia claims that the court recognized their claim to publicize the lists of who passed the verification as inadmissible.Gakharia for Georgia demands that the list of voters who passed the verification process for the October 26 be handed over to the neutral platform.”The prosecutor’s office finally took hostage the most important evidence of election falsification – the lists of voters who passed the verification, which we demanded to be made public since October . The today ruled that the lawsuit filed by Gakharia for Georgia in order to protect this important evidence is not admissible, citing the fact that the apparatus which holds the lists is already under control of the prosecutor’s office. The prosecutor’s offices actually confiscated the list. The CEC, Prosecutor’s Office, and court have all coordinated their actions to allow to control the evidence that confirms . This is evident from the chronology: the moment we requested the public release of the lists on October 29, the Prosecutor’s office started investigation immediately on October 30 following instructions from the CEC. As soon as we filed a court application on November 1, stating that this evidence was urgently needed to be protected, the prosecutor’s offices confiscated it. The court today declared the lawsuit unadmissible based on the argument. After the CEC’s delayed in making the lists public, and the coordinated actions by the CEC, Prosecutor’s Office, and the court, it is reasonable to assume that the lists may have been manipulated. The only way to know the truth is through an investigation,” said the statement of the party.
