In July 2024 the real GDP increased by 130%. Galt&Taggart report that the economy of Georgia grew 9.7% per year between January and July 2024.
“The real GDP grew by 13,0% in July 2024 following a 7.5% rise in the previous month. The economy of Georgia grew 9.7% in total between January and July 2024.
In July, the growth in the economy was primarily determined by the sectors of construction, manufacturing, information and communication, professional and scientific activities, and trade. The decrease was only observed in the energy sector,” stated Galt&Taggart.
