Russia’s Troop Losses in Ukraine Revealed
The General Staff of Ukraine’s Armed Forces has released a report on Russia’s losses since its full-scale invasion on February 24, 2022. According to the report, Russia has lost:
* 770,420 troops
* A large number of military vehicles and equipment, including:
+ 9,584 tanks
+ 19,823 armored fighting vehicles
+ 31,793 vehicles and fuel tanks
+ 21,220 artillery systems
Russia’s Air Force Has Also Been Hit Hard
The report also details Russia’s losses in the air:
* 1,256 multiple launch rocket systems
* 1,027 air defense systems
* 369 airplanes
* 329 helicopters
* 20,600 drones
Russia’s Navy Has Suffered Significant Losses Too
In addition to its troop and vehicle losses, Russia has also lost:
* 28 ships and boats
* One submarine
