In 2023, Georgia will have issued 11,279 building permits, which is 4,2% more than 2022. This will add 9,379 200 m2 to the real estate market in Georgia. The total construction area increased by 26% from 2022.
In 2023, 49.7% permits were issued in Tbilisi. 8.9% in Mtskheta – Mtianeti Region, 8.4% in Kvemo Kartli Region and 6.7% in Imereti Region.
