In Georgia, 2571 new cases have been reported of coronavirus. 60 people have died and 3668 have recovered.
Since February 2020, 570,493 coronavirus cases have been confirmed, of which, 527,337 recovered and 7977 died.
The newly confirmed cases have been divided into regions.
918 cases were confirmed in Tbilisi, Adjara – 224, Imereti – 414, Kvemo Kartli – 195, Shida Kartli – 172, Guria – 89, Samegrelo – Zemo Svaneti – 204, Kakheti – 242, Mtskheta-Mtianeti – 49, Samtskhe-Javakheti – 49, Racha-Lechkhumi and Kvemo Svaneti – 15.
As of September 8, 1 366 678 vaccinations had been administered in Georgia. 856,956 were vaccinated once, and 509,722 were fully immunized.
