Georgian Citizens Unjustly Held by Russian Occupation Forces: A Violation of Human Rights

Two Georgian citizens were recently taken into custody by occupation forces near the village of Mejvriskhevi in the municipality. This incident highlights the ongoing in the Tskhinvali Region/South Ossetia, which have been exacerbated by the presence of barbed wires and other barriers along the occupation line.
