Georgia’s Georgian National University (SEU) is teaming up with the famous Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT). The goal is to help students learn how to start and run their own businesses.

SEU’s president, Gia Kavtelishvili, said Georgia needs more education about entrepreneurship. He wants SEU students to learn the skills they need to handle big challenges.
The partnership between SEU and MIT means that five SEU professors will go to MIT each year to learn from their experts. This way, they can share what they’ve learned with their own students back in Georgia.
SEU students will also get a chance to attend special programs at MIT, such as the “StartMIT” program, which teaches entrepreneurship skills and has seminars led by Bill Aulet, an expert in this field. Students will be able to connect with people from all over the world and work on international projects.

SEU plans to introduce an international startup program on its campus, where students will be able to learn from experts and get hands-on experience. They’ll also have access to the MIT Orbit Platform, a digital tool that helps startups grow by identifying risks and maximizing results.
