Georgia’s EU accession is at risk of losing support from Macron, Scholz and Tusk

Reuters reported that , German Chancellor and Polish Donald had discussed their concerns about Georgia’s political scene. In statement released under the Weimar Triangle the leaders stated they could not support the regarding Georgia’s EU Integration without concrete .
The statement stated that “if Georgia does not change course and show a real commitment to reforms – particularly by repealing recent laws that conflict with values – we cannot endorse the opening of EU accession talks with Georgia.”
The leaders stressed that in order for Georgia to make progress towards EU membership, it must align its legislation to and values.
