Georgia’s foreign trade to increase by 3.7% between January and September 2024

The National Statistics Service of Georgia published data October 15 that showed the external merchandise trade of Georgia (excluding non-declared goods) increased by 3.7% between January-September , compared to the same period of the previous calendar year. This amounted to USD ,779.0 millions.
reports that Georgia’s external trade merchandise saw increase by 4.1%, reaching USD 4.787 Billion, while grew by 3.6%, totaling USD 11.992 Billion. The trade deficit was USD 7,206 billion, or 42.9% of total trade turnover.
