Parliamentary leader Gia Khukhashvili has spoken out about a recent meeting between Georgian Prime Minister Giorgi Gakharia and US Deputy Assistant Secretary for European and Eurasian Affairs Philip Reeker, as well as the head of the country‘s National Movement opposition party Nino Burjanadze.
Khukhashvili thinks that the Americans would not attend such a meeting without setting conditions. He believes that the US would want something in return for their help in Georgian politics.
The parliamentary leader does not think this meeting will bring any good to the current government.
