Gia Volski, first vice-president of the Parliament, told journalists that it is hypocritical and evil to spend all resources to bring the collective “national movements” back to power in the country.
Volski said Zurabishvili aims to be the leader of opposition. If revolutionary processes occur in the country after the opposition loses the elections, she will lead the discord and show the people that it is not a “bloody and sadistic ‘national movement‘-managed process”.
“Everyone signed, thus acknowledging obedience. Now, the situation has changed. Zurabishvili believes she can change the angle and attitude of the opposition, and give it a new face under her leadership. She is the person who is the candidate for the position of prime minister, and everyone should be happy about it because she is a unique leader.
Gia Volski said that this is a message for the West, too, even though it will be hard to reach a consensus.
