**Parliament’s First Vice Speaker Denies Accusations**
Gia Volski, the First Vice Speaker of Parliament, has responded to accusations made by “Transparency International – Georgia“. According to him, these accusations are absurd and far from reality.
Volski said that behind these accusations are malicious plans to bring Georgia to its knees and carry out a coup through a revolution. He believes that this is not the reason for sanctions imposed on some individuals, but rather an invented topic.
**Sanctions from Baltic States**
Regarding sanctions from the Baltic States, Volski pointed out that it’s unfortunate they have shown such rejection, especially when their economic business relations with Russia are intense and exceed Georgia’s trade turnover with Russia. He believes that this is actually beneficial for the Baltic countries as tensions remain elsewhere, keeping Russia’s aggressive power at bay.
**Attack on Georgia**
Volski emphasized that this policy of aggressive attacks on Georgia has not yet stopped. He believes that a clear picture is emerging, and the main indicator is that this process continues due to the lack of change in the world.
**Sanctioned Individuals**
For your information, “Transparency International – Georgia” published information about individuals sanctioned by Estonia. The list includes current members of the “Georgian Dream” party in Parliament and former MP Irakli Zarkua, who was involved in group violence in Abu Dhabi.
