Salome Zurabishvili, the current president of Georgia and one of the leaders of “Unity – National Movement”, believes that the candidate for prime ministership in the so-called technical governments should be announced before the 2024 parliamentary election.
Ugulava said in a recent interview with “InterpressNews” that it was important to announce the candidate for prime minister before the election because “the public as well as the four entities who are likely to cross over the barrier should know this news“.

My opinion is that Salome Zurabishvili who initiated the “Georgian Charter” and the transitional professional governments should both be candidates for Prime Minister. Salome Zurabishvili, 80 deputies from the winning coalition and our international partners should stand on October 26 at 9:30 pm to announce the victory. It is only by doing this that we can avoid the turbulence “Georgian Dream”, which will attempt to create on October 26, can cause.
