Giorgi Butikashvili says the division was caused by lack of clarity. We must tell voters that anyone who believes themselves to be a pro-Western group is boycotting local elections. This is why the rally yesterday did not happen; the process failed  

**Rally Against Local Elections Canceled**

Giorgi Butikashvili spoke about the reasons behind the cancellation of yesterday’s rally. He said that the main reason was a lack of clarity among people. This meant that many did not know what the rally was for.

Butikashvili stated that it is important to clearly tell voters who considers themselves pro–Western and boycotting local elections. This would have helped avoid confusion and allowed the process to move forward.

However, this clear message was not given, which led to the failure of the rally’s organization.
