**Local Population Receiving Help**
Members of the Strong Georgia coalition are physically working in the disaster zone, assisting those affected by the harsh weather conditions. They have been operating from a headquarters in the Ozurgeti district since February 27.
**Damage Assessment**
Giorgi Sioridze, a member of the Strong Georgia coalition, has stated that the village of Ureki is “practically destroyed”. The situation is dire, and it’s crucial to clear the ice as soon as possible.
**Assistance on the Ground**
The Strong Georgia coalition is working tirelessly to provide aid. Teams have been sent to various villages, including Meria, Tsikhisperdi, and Ureki, to help with snow clearance and provide medical assistance when needed.
