**Georgia Seeks New Start with US**
The Georgian government is ready to start a new chapter in its relationship with the United States. This was stated by Giorgi Sosiashvili, a member of the parliamentary majority.
According to Sosiashvili, Georgia’s diplomatic relationship with the US has been going on for many decades and has had many positive moments. The country is now eager to restart relations from scratch.
“We want to start from a clean slate,” said Sosiashvili. “We are ready for a policy reset.”
Sosiashvili noted that the Georgian government respects America and its people, but not the “Deep State” – a force that has been accused of orchestrating the overthrow of governments and terror in various countries.
The US administration’s actions have been criticized by many. Sosiashvili mentioned examples such as “vetting” processes, storming courts, and overthrown governments.
“We hope to soon return to a healthy Georgia-US relationship,” said Sosiashvili. “Our country is always ready to maintain a dignified relationship with our partners and friends, based on mutual respect.”
