**Georgia’s Opposition Refuses to Cooperate**
The leader of the Strategy Builder, Giorgi Vashadze, says his party will not participate in a government-ordered investigation. The commission is looking into the activities of the National Movement government.
Vashadze says the investigation has three goals: to make the public believe that the current government is legitimate, to punish opposition leaders for not showing up, and to distract from real problems created by the regime.
He claims the government’s parliament and president are not recognized as legitimate by the people or other countries. Vashadze also says hundreds of protesters have been beaten and arrested in recent days.
**The Regime is Isolated**
Vashadze says the current government, led by Ivanishvili, is isolated and sanctioned. He claims that the government is trying to cover up its own failure with political persecution, repression, false accusations, and absurd commissions.
**Opposition Refuses to Back Down**
Vashadze declared that his party will not allow the regime to suppress protests and justice through terror and repression. He says Georgia will win in the end.
