Georgia’s Prime Minister Meets with European Council Members
The Prime Minister of Georgia, Irakli Kobakhidze, met with members of the Monitoring Committee of the Parliamentary Assembly of the Council of Europe.
The meeting focused on Georgia’s relationship with the Council of Europe and the country‘s ongoing processes. The government reported that the Prime Minister discussed several important topics, including the recent parliamentary elections.
Kobakhidze also spoke about the opposition‘s attempts to disrupt the country’s system of government. He stated that the government is ready to respond to any actions that weaken the country’s institutions.
