**Russia Targets Minibus in Kherson Oblast**
Five people, including two children, were hurt when Russia attacked a minibus with a drone. This happened on February 2nd.
The victims are a 12-year-old boy and a 13-year-old girl, along with three adult women. They all have concussions. The governor of Kherson Oblast, Oleksandr Prokudin, said the people who were hurt have been taken to hospitals for treatment.
Kherson Oblast is still under partial Russian control on the left bank of the Dnipro River. Russia has been attacking this area regularly, which has caused many civilian casualties.
Locals in Kherson have spoken out about how often they are targeted by Russian drones. They call it a “human safari.” This means that civilians are being hunted down and attacked, even when they’re not doing anything wrong.
Attacking civilians who aren’t fighting is against international law. It’s considered a war crime.
