On Nov. 3, Governor Oleksandr PROKUDIN reported that Russian troops shelled Bilozerka, a village in Kherson Oblast. A paramedic and a driver of an ambulance were wounded.
Kherson, along with other regional settlements located on the west bank Dnipro River, are regularly attacked by Russian troops who still control the east bank of the river in Kherson Oblast.
Prokudin reports that both victims were outside when the attack occurred. They suffered concussions and mine-explosive injuries, as well as craniocerebral and other injuries. The paramedic received a shrapnel injury to his leg.
The Kherson Oblast Military Administration later confirmed via Telegram that the roof and windows of an ambulance and a medical facility were damaged by the shelling.
The administration also stated that a house was also damaged by a direct projectile hit.

“Active hostilities which continue in certain regions require constant renewal of resources of Ukrainian units,” Commander in Chief Oleksandr Sryskyi said.
According to Ukraine’s intelligence services, North Korean soldiers were equipped with 60-mm mortars and AK-12 rifles. They also received machine guns, sniper weapons, Feniks guided anti-tank missiles, as well as hand-held antitank grenade launches.
