MP Guram Macharashvili Explains Georgia‘s Absence at Davos and Munich
Georgia was not represented at the recent Davos Economic Forum and Munich Security Conference. MP Guram Macharashvili explained why this happened.
According to him, a bigger fight is going on in the world. He called it a struggle against the “Deep State” and the “Global War Party“. These groups are trying to control people and countries through violence. Macharashvili said that they even tried to kill their own president and were surprised when Georgia was not invited to certain conferences.
Macharashvili said that some governments have been infiltrated by these groups. He thinks this will change in 2025. He also pointed out that the US and EU are dealing with similar problems.
The MP said that the European Parliament wants Georgia to accept same-sex marriages and give up its independence before joining the EU. This is why Georgia was not invited to Davos or Munich, he claimed.
Macharashvili emphasized that maintaining peace is more important than being represented at conferences like Davos. Investors care about whether a country is peaceful, not just if it’s attending conferences.
