The panel of judges of Kutaisi’s Court of Appeal did not resolve the lawsuits of nongovernmental organizations.
The head of the colllegium announced this decision recently.
The panel acknowledged the invalidity and responsibility of the members of the commission and left the decisions of the city and district court unchanged.
Two days were spent in the Court of Appeal discussing 20 lawsuits brought by “GYLA”, and the coalition “My Voice”.
The Court of Appeal of Kutaisi refused to satisfy the request of GYLA in relation to the massive breach of secrecy of voting at the elections.
GYLA released a statement that stated, “Despite the evidence presented by the court, it did not protect the constitutional rights of the voters.”
