**Government Admits to Having Sound-Producing Device**
The government of Serbia initially denied having a sound cannon, but Minister of Internal Affairs Ivica Dacic confirmed at a press conference that the police have a long-range acoustic device (LRAD) that can emit sounds.

Analyst Dragomir Andjelkovic said that the situation has strained relations between Dacic’s SPS and President Vucic‘s SNS. He compared their relationship to that of two swindlers, one stronger than the other.

Andjelkovic stated that Minister Dacic is now being rejected by his own party because he led it into this position. The minister is seen as an actor who is trying not to be completely discarded by President Vucic.
**Parties in Dispute Over Future Government**
SPS official Branko Ruzic was seen with a large number of party members during the protest on March 15 in Belgrade. The vice president of SPS, Novica Toncev, said that he will request a discussion within the party about the future government and cooperation with SNS.

After several days of denying it, Minister Dacic first confirmed that the LRAD 100X exists but has never been taken out of the box. He then posed for a photo next to the device and vehicle, demonstrating its operation.

Dragomir Andjelkovic believes that Minister Dacic was being sincere, but questions why he allowed President Vucic to use him in this way. The analyst thinks that President Vucic still controls structures in the police and is using Minister Dacic as a scapegoat.
