The High Council of Justice continued to harm the judiciary by taking steps that were detrimental to it. NGOs have expressed their concern over the appointment of judges. According to the April 19 Agreement, ambitious reforms in the judiciary are crucial and linked to EU Micro-Financial Aid for Georgia. It is not wise to ignore the Venice Commission. Disregarding Venice Commission is not wise.
