In a night-time attack that spanned 12 oblasts in , Ukrainian forces intercepted some of the 116 drones launched from . Some targets were still airborne at dawn.

The debris that fell on a 5-story building in Hlevakha, Kyiv Oblast, caused damage. The State Emergency Service evacuated the 43 residents from the building. No one was injured or killed.
Rescuers also removed the effects of a missile strike on the port infrastructure at Odesa. There was a fire that broke out at night. According to Governor Oleh Kiper, no one was injured or killed.
Ivan , the Governor of Zaporizhzhia said that Russian forces also injured a person in Zaporizhzhia.
Suspilne Sumy has reported that a Russian attack on an energy facility in Romny District damaged it. All household consumers are currently connected to electricity.
Local officials report that Russian forces launched a rocket attack on Kryvyi RIH late on the 20th of October, causing four injuries and damage to civilian infrastructure.

According to Dmytro Chubik, spokesperson of the regional prosecutor’s office, Russia has attacked Kharkiv using four aviation munitions.

The Ukrainian reported a massive Russian strike involving over 200 missiles and drones that caused significant damage to critical infrastructure as well as civilian casualties.
