Regional authorities reported on October 10 that Russian attacks in Ukraine have killed or injured at least eight people over the past 24 hours.
Oleh Kiper, the Governor of Odesa, reported that Russia launched a missile strike against port infrastructure on October 9, hitting a civilian vessel flying the Panama flag and killing seven people. Eleven people were injured.
This was the third Russian assault on a civilian vessel over the last four day.
Serhii Lisak, the Governor of Dnipropetrovsk Oblast, reported that at least two people were injured in Russian attacks on Dnipropetrovsk Oblast.
A woman aged 82 was hospitalized after a Russian drone attack on the city of Kryvyi Rih, which hit a five story residential building. Six people were evacuated.
The same morning, a 45-year-old was injured when Russian forces struck the land of an agricultural enterprise located in the Synelnykove District.
Vadym Fillashkin, the governor of Donetsk Oblast, said that one civilian was injured after Russia attacked Yasna Poliana. In the region, a school, two administrative structures, several houses and other buildings have been damaged.
According to Oleh Simiehubov, the Governor of Kharkiv Oblast, six people were injured in Russian attacks on Kharkiv Oblast.
A 81-year old woman was injured in an attack on Kharkiv, which damaged a 12-story building.
A 65-year old man was injured by a car in Kupiansk. Two 54-year old men and a woman aged 76 were injured in Kozacha Lopan. And a 49-year old man was injured by a car in Zelenyi Ha.
Oleksandr PROKUDIN, the Governor of Kherson Oblast said that one person died and 10 were injured in the past day. Damage was done to a high-rise, six houses, an educational and medical institution, a utility, and other buildings.
Ivan Fedorov, the governor of Zaporizhzhia, said that four people were injured during a Russian attack on Zaporizhzhia in the morning of October 10. Several houses were damaged.
Cherkasy Chernihiv Kirovohrad Luhansk Mykolaiv and Sumy oblasts were also attacked, but no injuries were reported.
In a report seen by The Guardian, German and British think-tanks urged decision makers to create a “NATO Bank” to “Trump proof” the alliance’s spending on military equipment.

Drones attacked Khanskaya Military Airfield in Russia’s Republic of Adygea early on 10 October, causing an explosion at the site. Local authorities have not made any comments on the attack.
Senior U.S. officials stated that the reliable flow of supplies to the region, and Russia’s focus in eastern Ukraine, will allow Kyiv hold territory in Kursk Oblast well into the future.
