Ukraine’s officials reported that Russia has carried out a series of mass attacks in Ukraine’s southern, eastern and southern regions, killing at least three civilians as well as wounding 14, in the last 24 hour.
The Donest Oblast Military Administration reported that Russian troops attacked the village of Bohoiavlenka in Donestk Oblast near the recently-fallen town of Vuhledar and killed two civilians. The Russian forces also attacked the village of Ivanopillia near the ongoing battle in Chasiv Yar and killed one civilian. Eight people were injured in total.

According to Ivan Fedorov, the head of Zaporizhzhia Oblast’s Military Administration, Russian forces conducted 425 strikes in 11 localities across Zaporizhzhia Oblast October 11. Three people, including a young child, were injured in overnight attacks on Zaporizhzhia.

According to Roman Marchenko, the head of Kherson City Military Administration, three people were injured and houses, infrastructure and businesses were damaged by shelling in Kherson Oblast. The fire started overnight in Kherson after shelling a waste storage and warehouse. Firefighters were able to put it out by the morning.

Russian troops are making rapid progress in Donetsk Oblast in an attempt to capture as many towns as possible before the winter weather begins to freeze. Toretsk is undergoing fierce fighting and could be the next town to fall under Russian occupation.
