**Russia Attacks Ukraine, Killing One and Injuring Eight**
Russian attacks on Ukraine have killed at least one person and injured eight over the past day. The attacks targeted energy infrastructure facilities in several regions.
In Dnipropetrovsk Oblast, a 21-year-old man was injured during Russian attacks against the Nikopol district. Eight houses, a high school building, a shop, a gas station, and other buildings were damaged.
**Other Attacks Across Ukraine**
Russian attacks also hit Donetsk Oblast, killing one person and injuring another in the town of Pokrovsk. Two people were reportedly wounded in strikes against the village of Shevchenko.
In Kharkiv Oblast, an 80-year-old woman was injured during a Russian attack with a multiple-launch rocket system against the Prystyn village near Kupiansk.
**Damage and Casualties**
Three people were injured during Russian attacks against Kherson Oblast. A multi-story building, 12 houses, and other buildings were damaged.
An energy infrastructure site was also damaged during a drone attack against the city of Ternopil, resulting in a fire. No casualties were reported, but some residents were left without electricity as a result.
**International Reaction**
Slovak Prime Minister Robert Fico said he disagreed with EU support for Ukraine and made his disagreement known to European Commission chief Ursula von der Leyen.
NATO countries are unlikely to invite Ukraine into the military alliance during the upcoming NATO Foreign Ministerial Meeting on Dec. 3-4, Reuters reported.
