**18 Civilians Killed, 108 Injured in Ukraine**
Overnight on November 17 and early morning of November 18, Russian attacks across Ukraine killed at least 18 civilians and injured at least 108 people. The victims included children.
**Drones Shot Down by Ukrainian Forces**
Ukrainian forces successfully shot down eight out of 11 drones launched by Russia overnight. However, the Air Force also reported that Russian forces attacked Sumy Oblast with two ballistic missiles and an aerial guided missile.
**Sumy Under Attack**
The city of Sumy was hit multiple times by Russian missile attacks, targeting residential areas. Eleven people were killed, including two children. Eighty-four people were injured, including 11 children.
**Other Regions Affected**
In Dnipropetrovsk Oblast, two people were killed and six injured during the day on November 17. A high-rise building and a transport company building were damaged in attacks against Nikopol district. In Kharkiv Oblast, three people were injured in Russian attacks, while four were killed and 10 injured in Kherson Oblast.
**Casualties Across Ukraine**
The following regions also came under attack: Zaporizhzhia, Mykolaiv, Poltava, Cherkasy, Chernihiv, and Kyiv. However, no casualties were reported in these areas.
