In Kherson Oblast Russian forces targeted 24 settlements including the regional centre of Kherson. Governor OleksandrProkudin reported that one person was killed and four others were injured.
The Russian attacks caused damage to 12 houses, an important infrastructure facility, cars and water and gas pipes. According to the governor, nine people were injured.
A government source told Yonhap that, “while watching signs of North Korea and Russia military cooperation, response measures will be taken step by step.”
