**Ukraine Reports Heavy Drone Attacks from Russia**
On November 14, regional authorities in Ukraine reported that Russian attacks had killed at least two civilians and injured at least 28 others.
**Air Defense Successfully Shoot Down Many Drones**
The Ukrainian air defenses were able to shoot down 21 out of the 59 drones launched by Russia overnight. However, 38 drones were “lost” across Ukraine, according to the Air Force.
**Donetsk Oblast Hit Hard by Russian Attacks**
In Donetsk Oblast, Governor Vadym Filashkin reported that two people were killed and eight injured in a series of attacks. One person was killed and two wounded in the village of Novotroitske, while one civilian was killed and another injured in the Shevchenko village.
**Other Cities Also Targeted**
Russian drone strikes also hit apartment buildings in Kharkiv on November 13, injuring two people with shrapnel wounds. In Kupiansk, a 67-year-old driver of a medical facility was wounded. The city of Kostiantynivka and the village of Predtechyne were also targeted.
**Millions Affected by Russian Attacks**
Russian attacks also hit Dnipropetrovsk, Kyiv, Poltava, Luhansk, Mykolaiv, and Zaporizhzhia oblasts, but no casualties were reported. In Kherson Oblast, 15 people were injured in a series of attacks.
