**Russia Plans to Divide Ukraine into Three Parts**
The Russian government is planning to divide Ukraine into three parts, according to a secret plan. This plan was revealed by the Interfax Ukraine news agency on November 20.
**Ukraine’s Future in Question**
The plan, developed by the Russian Defense Ministry, proposes that Ukraine be split into thirds. The western lands of Ukraine would be given to neighboring countries like Poland, Hungary, and Romania. The eastern regions, which are already partially or fully controlled by Russia, would be annexed by Russia. The remaining territory, including the capital city Kyiv, would become a Russian-controlled puppet state.
**Global Power Struggle**
The plan also outlines four different scenarios for how the world could change over the next few decades. Two of these scenarios involve Russia winning a victory in Ukraine, while two others predict a defeat for Russia and a rise to power by either the United States or China.
**Russia’s Long-Term Goals**
This latest plan is part of a series of attempts by the Russian government to shape the world order. In 2022 and 2023, they held meetings to discuss ways to dismantle the global financial system and undermine US power over international transactions.
