“We have a specific request: to hold new elections, but they should be conducted by the International Election Administration,” Giorgi Vashadze said, one of the leaders in the “Unity-National Movement” rally on Rustaveli Avenue.
He presented his team’s plans to the public and stated that they will not negotiate with anyone except for the rescheduling of the elections.
“I want to be clear about our decisions for our team. We and you both recognize that these elections are illegitimate. These elections are not legitimized!
“We will not enter this Parliament, and if that happens, we will refuse all mandates, and close the list!
“We will fight until victory, and we promise that we will win together!”
“We have made a very specific demand – that elections be held again, but by the international electoral administration and not this fake election administration. These are the conditions that must be met.
“However we will not enter into any negotiation. Vashadze said that we will not be conducting any dialogues. The only negotiation and agreement would be about the newly held elections. These elections will be managed by the international administration, not by the election committees managed by “Georgian Dream”, and the State Security Service.
