Defense Minister Hopes for US Change of Heart
The Defense Minister of Georgia, Irakli Chikovani, is hoping that the United States will change its decision on a training program.
Chikovani was speaking at a meeting with lawmakers. He said he was “regrettable and incomprehensible” that the US had put the program on hold. The program was meant to help Georgia’s military.
