New Ministers and Former Officials’ New Roles
The Prime Minister of Georgia, Irakli Kobakhidze, announced that three former ministers will continue working in the government but in new positions.
Ilia Darchiashvili, Rati Bregadze, and Otar Shamugia used to be ministers. They are being thanked for their work by the Prime Minister. He said they helped Georgia have success in recent years.
These three former ministers will keep working in important government roles. The details of their new positions will be announced later.
New Ministers Appointed
The Prime Minister also named new candidates for minister positions. Maka Bochorishvili will lead the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Anri Okhanashvili will head the Ministry of Justice, and Davit Songulashvili will lead the Ministry of Agriculture and Environmental Protection.
