**Georgian Prime Minister Visits Azerbaijan**
Georgian Prime Minister Irakli Kobakhidze has arrived in Baku, the capital of Azerbaijan. He was welcomed at the airport by Samir Sharifov, Azerbaijan’s Deputy Prime Minister.
Kobakhidze will meet with President Ilham Aliyev and Prime Minister Ali Asadov during his visit. The two countries’ prime ministers will also lead a meeting to discuss economic cooperation between their governments. This is the 10th session of the Georgia-Azerbaijan Intergovernmental Commission on Economic Cooperation.
Kobakhidze has brought a delegation with him, including other high-ranking officials from Georgia. They are First Deputy Prime Minister Levan Davitashvili, Foreign Affairs Minister Maka Bochorishvili, Environmental Protection and Agriculture Minister Davit Songhulashvili, Culture Minister Tinatin Rukhadze, and Head of the Government Administration Levan Zhorzholiani.
The visit is an important step in strengthening ties between Georgia and Azerbaijan. The details of the meetings and discussions will be released later.
